Drawing References!

Hey everyone!

I wanted to share with you some resources for drawing to help you improve your skill. There are good pics on these sites that you can use in your sketch books for doing figure work for studying anatomy and light and figure movement.

dark squeaky & rabbit

I don't know I was going to do more but it just wasn't happening. For some reason I thought "mouse" when I read squeaky, so here's some kind of dark knight jerboa, because jerboas have interesting feet.

Also I don't know why, but my Rabbit Hole post vanished. I guess it was deleted somehow? Oh well, reposting that too.

New Challenge!!

I know most of you have dropped off because I lost track of getting things up here, but here is a new challenge anyway.

This is from a job I have right now...the title of the piece is Dark Squeaky. Do a drawing that explores that idea...weird I know...but put your conceptual brains on this one...see what kinds of fun you have playing with this.

Really Cool Illustrator

I've been watching this guy on Deviantart for a while and I am sad to say I do not know his real name or if he has an actual website portfolio with his amazing work, but he does some really awesome iPad sketches that I wanted to share with everyone because they're really awesome!

Via the Bunny Gorge

Using photoshop with a Mac touchpad makes me wanna smash everything in my house. Anyways, if I had tracing paper I could make this better and better and better, but alas I don't.

And yeah good call, how'd you know? It's a Van Helsing rabbit in the old west just like you definitely guessed. Who wouldn't guess that? I can only surmise that Bunnicula found time travel and this Van Helsing is chasing him through the ages.

"Through the Rabbit Hole"

I watercolored this one! Yeah!
